Steve has over 30 years of investment and consulting experience, with significant experience in the family office industry and as a tax advisor for closely held businesses.

Steve previously served as Managing Director of TCS Group, L.L.C., a Chicago based family office. He was responsible for creating and optimizing several investment portfolios across all asset classes, portfolio allocation, and manager selection as well as all aspects of directing a family office including coordinating tax and estate planning, insurance, philanthropy, asset procurement and coordinating special projects. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Human and Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Strategic and Corporate Development of APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leading provider of customer interaction solutions. Prior to joining TCS and APAC, Steve was as a senior tax manager for Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Steve earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
