Strategic Growth Reinforces Commitment to Portfolio Value Creation and Technology
McNally Capital (“McNally”), a private equity firm specializing in acquiring founder-, family-, and management-owned businesses in the lower middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of five experienced professionals to its team—Gus Pinto, Tim Gossett, Rob Kirk, and Ryan McDonough joining the Portfolio Operations Team, and Grace Chatas joining the Deal Team.
“Our ability to drive transformative value for our portfolio companies is strengthened by our continued investment in operational and technology expertise,” said Lou Rassey, Co-CEO and Managing Partner of McNally Capital. “Gus, Tim, Rob, and Ryan bring significant experience in performance improvement, digital transformation, and strategic growth—and Grace further strengthens our Deal Team and transaction execution capabilities. We are thrilled to welcome them to the McNally Capital team.”
McNally’s Portfolio Operations Team plays a critical role in executing the firm’s proprietary value creation approach, Atlas, by equipping portfolio companies with the strategic guidance and hands-on expertise needed to accelerate growth. In addition to driving results at the portfolio level, the team helps build and scale McNally’s firmwide capabilities in strategy-setting, operations excellence, artificial intelligence (“AI”) and software-driven innovation, and digital transformation.
The group combines broad-based value creation leadership with deep functional specialization. Rob and Ryan focus on full-spectrum value creation across the portfolio – from strategy-setting to 100-day planning to value capture post-close. Gus and Tim bring deep expertise in software, AI, and digital transformation to support these high-impact value creation levers across the portfolio. This team provides fractional CTO and digital leadership support to portfolio companies, while also helping to embed technology-driven innovation into McNally Capital’s deal execution and value creation processes.
