Brian Grogan

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Brian Grogan is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at McNally Capital, where he is responsible for the firm's investment vehicles’ financial reporting, tax, finance, and acquisition structuring. Brian manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, including legal, regulatory compliance, and administration. Brian works closely with the investment team to oversee portfolio companies, assists with various investor relations aspects of the business, and leads the valuation committee.

Prior to joining McNally, he was a Director at a Chicago-based family office overseeing all financial aspects of its private equity investing. Brian began his career at Deloitte Tax, focused on operating companies, investment partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

Brian received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Brian resides in La Grange, IL, with his wife, Meredith, and four children: Brian, Anna, Will, and Mark. Brian is an avid sports fan but mostly enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children’s teams and activities.
