Brian Lucido is a Senior Associate on the Portfolio Operations team at McNally Capital, where he focuses on value creation planning and supporting portfolio company growth initiatives.

Prior to joining McNally Capital, Brian worked at Vista Equity Partners within their Value Creation Team as a go-to-market specialist for portfolio operational support, with specific concentrations in revenue operations, sales strategy, and customer success.

Brian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan. 

Brian spends his time outside the office hiking, cheering on Detroit sports teams, and volunteering with PAWS Chicago.
