Nick Guarino

Senior Associate

Nick Guarino is a Senior Associate at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies. His investment and portfolio company responsibilities include Airforce Turbine Service (ATS) and Thryve Automation.

Prior to joining McNally Capital, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities, where he focused on M&A and debt financings across the industrials sector. Before Truist, Nick was an Equity Research Analyst for a $2 billion long-only asset manager, where he covered industrials, technology, and energy sectors.

Nick received a BSBA in Finance with honors from Creighton University.

Outside the office, Nick can be found in the gym, cooking, working through Chicago's restaurant list, out on the lakefront, or planning his next trip. On fall Saturdays, he watches Nebraska football with more optimism than the record usually warrants.
