Sam Broom is an Associate at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining McNally Capital, Sam was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Technology Services and Healthcare sectors.

Sam holds an MS in Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance from the University of Dayton, where he was a member of the Varsity Football team.

Sam enjoys spending his free time traveling, playing tennis, and exploring new restaurants.
